By accessing or using Algorithmic Living ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Algorithmic Living is an AI-powered personal data dashboard that connects to your Google Sheets to provide analysis, charts, and insights. The Service uses AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) via API keys that you supply.

3. Your Account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys you add. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Data

The Service reads data from Google Sheets you have authorised. Your spreadsheet data is sent to the AI provider you select (Gemini or OpenAI) using the API key you provide. We cache AI analysis results to reduce redundant API calls. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

5. API Keys

You are responsible for all usage and costs incurred on the AI provider API keys you add to the Service. Keep your API keys confidential. We store them encrypted at rest.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for medical, financial, or legal decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algorithmic Living and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
